Salary: $85,000 - 100,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for a product designer with 5+ years of experience spanning strategy, research, interaction and UI design, and validation.
• We need someone with experience creating end-to-end experiences across multiple touchpoints, including digital and physical channels.
• We value the ability to quickly get up to speed on active work and deliver within agreed timelines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels are important.
• We are looking for someone comfortable navigating ambiguity and helping drive cross-functional alignment.
• Experience working in complex, agile, product-led environments with both legacy and modern multi-platform systems is preferred.
• We expect experience with Figma, Confluence, and Jira.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled tools, design systems, and accessibility best practices is an asset.

• We design end-to-end omnichannel experiences by shaping flows, interactions, and interfaces across digital and in-store touchpoints.
• We apply design systems, patterns, and frameworks to create consistency and scalability across customer journeys.
• We plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research, then turn findings into actionable insights that guide product, service, and business decisions.
• We translate user insights, product strategy, and business goals into clear problem statements and scalable design solutions.
• We collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver feasible, high-quality experiences.
• We use modern design tools and AI capabilities to speed up exploration, iteration, and communication of ideas.
• We contribute to shared design systems, documentation, and best practices to strengthen consistency across teams.
